Welcome to PingBloom! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using PingBloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate details when creating an account.

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account.

• Permitted Use: You agree not to use PingBloom for spam, unsolicited promotions, illegal activity, or violations of WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta, or third-party policies.

• Customer Data: You own and are responsible for the contacts, conversations, and campaigns you upload. PingBloom is not liable for misuse of your data.

• Integrations: Our platform integrates with WhatsApp Business API, Instagram API, and other third-party tools. We are not responsible for restrictions, downtime, or changes imposed by those providers.

• Support: Standard support is provided via support tickets (3-day SLA) for CRM & Inbox only. Advanced chatbot/automation setup or debugging is charged separately.

• Intellectual Property: All software, branding, and materials of PingBloom remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without permission.

• Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach these Terms. You may stop using PingBloom anytime. Data may be deleted upon termination, per retention policies.

• Subscriptions: Access to PingBloom requires an active subscription. Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup.

• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

• WhatsApp Charges: WhatsApp conversation fees (set by Meta) are billed separately via prepaid wallet recharge (minimum ₹1000 / per channel).

• Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

• Service Availability: We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PingBloom is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Nagpur, Maharashtra].

• Updates to Terms: We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of PingBloom means acceptance of the updated Terms.
