At PingBloom, we value transparency and want our customers to clearly understand our subscription, cancellation, and refund rules. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or recharging your wallet.
Subscriptions & Cancellations

PingBloom is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

Subscriptions will not auto-renew. If you wish to continue using PingBloom after your subscription period ends, you must manually renew your plan.

If a subscription is not renewed, your account will be downgraded or suspended at the end of the billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the active period, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Refund Policy

No Refunds for Subscriptions: All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you choose not to renew, your access will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

Wallet Recharges: WhatsApp conversation fees are billed via wallet recharge. Once credited, wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Setup/Service Fees: Any one-time setup or service charges (e.g., chatbot setup, automation configuration) are non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where required by applicable law.
Changes & Termination

PingBloom reserves the right to modify or discontinue plans/features. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
